Your pet will be cremated alone and in an enclosed chamber. After the cremation, the cremains will be collected with care and either given to you in a temporary plastic urn.

We will work with your local veterinarian, or you can schedule a local home pickup at any time. Please use the Hahn Funeral Home Main number to schedule. Additional milage fees will apply for removals outside of a 15-mile radius. * You may also bring your pet directly to Hahn Funeral Home for no extra fee during business hours. *
AFTER HOURS FEE ( Removal or drop off after hours) ...... $75.00
Standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Removals from secondary locations or drop offs at the funeral home after standard business hours require extended personnel and an appointment time.
CREMATION URNS & KEEPSAKE URNS ...... $30.00 - $800.00
You may supply your own urn if you so choose, we will be happy to help to transfer the cremated remains from our temporary plastic urn to your own at any time.
Important Notice Regarding Pet Cremation Services
To ensure the health and safety of our staff and facility, we ask that families notify us in advance if their pet has any signs of insect activity, including fleas, maggots, or other pests. This allows us to prepare appropriately and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all.
Ink paw prints and nose prints are take upon request free of charge. All item request such as collars, blankets, fur clippings, ect. must be made at the time of scheduling/drop off. Requests made after dropping off/intake may be taken but cannot be guaranteed.
Please note:
If a pet arrives with visible insect activity — regardless of prior notice — We will not be able to perform paw prints, nose prints, or fur clippings, and any accompanying fabric items (such as blankets, beds, or clothing) will not be returned.
Any animal exceeding 275 pounds will require measurement and weighing to assess whether our cremation services can be appropriately performed. If it is determined that our services cannot accommodate the animal, we will be unable to accept the animal into our care.
Any unclaimed pet cremains remaining in the possession of the funeral home after a period of three (3) months, and after three (3) documented attempts to contact the pet owner, will be subject to the funeral home's discretion. The funeral home reserves the right to either continue holding the cremains or to respectfully scatter them in an appropriate location and manner, in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
